Refund policy
Mintcloud Studio will consider a refund in the case that an item is found to be faulty.
In order to be considered for a refund, you will need to supply us with the below details and we will contact you once the below criteria has been met for further instructions.
Notify us of the faulty item by emailing contact@mintcloud.com.au within a reasonable timeframe of receiving the order. In your email, please include a clear image or photograph and description of the fault for assessment. A reasonable timeframe would be 3 business days, you will then be asked to return the item within 3 business days and you must be sure to send your proof of purchase along with the returned item.
Once this has been complete, an exchange to the equivalent value of the item or a refund will be made against the original method of payment, excluding deliver costs. We will chat to you about this to arrange.
Mintcloud Studio will not exchange or refund an item that has been damaged by someone after purchase from misuse, accident or alteration. Mintcloud Studio reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault or damage to the item.
Postage insurance costs on returns are to be paid by the customer. We recommend that you return your merchandise by a traceable postal option to ensure we receive it safely. Ensure the item is packed appropriately. Mintcloud Studio is not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
